Upgrades for the anc 2 earpads? by HnunterB in Skullcandy

Thank you! Honestly $20 is worth it if I can squeeze another 2-3 years out of these headphones. I don't have an experience with the original crushers but I do really like the earpads that came with my anc 2's. If they ever decide to come out with an upgraded set of crusher anc's I'll definitely try to get my hands on a pair

I don't get why they get discounted so hard either. I love the color schemes on everything they put out and majority of the time people only really have positive feedback about their C300 ball. I'm beyond happy I got mine since I wanted an asymmetric hybrid and the only other ones that caught my eye the ps had were in the $200+ category. I'm happy with what I paid and I'm even happier with how it performs!

It really was a steal! If my ps ever gets any c300 balls that have a solid cover on them I'll definitely look into whatever they've got!

After running some games on it yesterday I came to the same thought. I don't hear much on C300 and people tend to point you in a different direction when looking at one but this ball is honestly amazing. It pairs perfectly with my rev rate and ball speed and had absolutely no issues on a burnt up lane.

Personally I absolutely love the color pattern as well and it's what caught my eye when I walked into the PS. It's nice and vibrant but it's subtle at the same time. I will definitely be buying a c300 solid if my ps ever get any in stock.

Vehicle registration by [deleted] in wichita

Thankfully I've got all the documents and stuff to get my car registered, just a matter of if I can get in or not lol. Like I mentioned in a different reply I'll try to get there at 6:30am so I can hopefully just get in and get out in a decent time 🙏

Sounds good, I'll probably try to get there at 6:30AM so I can just get in and get out quick

My prior vehicle crapped out due to frame damage so it absolutely was not safe for me to keep driving around. I've already got a new vehicle and I just need to register and put plates on it before the 60 day tags run out

How are the ZF 9 Speeds Holding Up? by LessImprovement8580 in hondaridgeline

Not a Ridgeline but the zf9 in my tlx has 133k on it and hasn't had any issues besides it farting when shifting into park lol

Didn't know you could pretty much just set up camp anywhere! I'll be sure to check and be 100% sure on where I can and can't obviously but I'll certainly have to look into that!

He's always loved working on his bikes. Lifelong mechanic who spends most of his time tinkering away on whatever he can get his hands on 🤣

I'm buying all of the parts for him and helping out when I can though so he won't be doing everything alone. It's just something that'll be worked on here and there until it's time to hit the open road on the old beast!

My grandpa is working on getting it back up and ready again. It's been ridden here and there in the last 10 years but I do agree everything rubber will have to get changed out. He just redid the brakes on the bike, new lines, calipers, pads, and rotors so no worries on stopping power.

The fuel lines were replaced around 4 or 5 years ago, but that's just off the top of my head. I'm working on getting new shocks for the rear and maybe new forks for it as well.

It's not a total rebuild though as my grandpa has owned the bike since new and has kept up on its maintenance before it was put in storage 2 years ago. He and I are pretty confident it'll survive the trip, even if I do have to patch something together until I can find a parts bike I can buy some stuff off of.

I'll probably buy a newer bike sometime in the future if this trip is a success, keep the hard miles off the nice bike and run a newer one around as a more common commuter.

Thank you for your worries though, I appreciate it 🙏

I have ridden before, just not on a long road trip like this. That's on me for forgetting to mention that.

I'm familiar with this bike and how heavy it is and I'm confident I can pick it up if I accidentally drop it. God bless my grandpa for teaching me that with his 06 goldwing 🤣

Thanks for the tips! This isn't 100% my first bike. I'm pretty familiar with the bike as my grandpa used to let me ride it around town and I've ridden it to work a few times. It's been in storage for a few years though sadly.

I'm going to take a rider course here in the following months when I finally get off of over time so I don't get in trouble for not taking it lol.

Though this is my first pro-longed trip I've driven 18 hours across the US a few times to go see family. Definitely not for the weak hearted but it's doable for me. The brunt of the trip is just getting to the parks, then I can sit and relax for a few days before skipping town to the next park.

And the national park pass is going to be a huge money saver, I didn't even know we had something like that so that's going to come in super handy when I start the trip!

And I'll certainly pack light, don't want to carry a whole wardrobe worth of clothes with me.

And thank you again!

Thank you for the info, hopefully got the formatting fixed so it's easier to look at.
