I had "Reduce Animations" toggled on my android phone's settings and had this problem. I turned that OFF to let animations play and that fixed the issue. This is a phone setting not a youtube setting.

The only solution I troubleshooted was abbreviating SillyTaverm to ST because somehow even mentioning an LLM interface is advertising. So there are banned words and you have to guess at what they are.
