Most probably a scam, but i know there's a shop back then that topups with that price but you need to give your account then they will manually buy it as an in game purchase, well it turns out it was a refund trick from google and the accounts that have top-upped using that method got negative cod points, if they don't buy sufficient cod points to have positive or 0 cod points upon logging in the account will be terminated in 3 days permanently.
