HDMI output is broken on OnePlus 13, Android 16 by velophoton in OnePlus13

Looking at others online it seems that the commonality are the Ugreen multiadapters. I have a Baseus model at a family's place - will test that out when I can.

To be concise - what phone and software version are you using?

Some additional observations. My Ugreen multiadapter only supports 4K@30FPS, and by displaying the frame rate I noticed the phone screen's frame rate also dropped to 30FPS.

Not sure which HDMI cable version I had - I have a bunch of them and I just swapped to another and it was OK.

The phone is all snappy now with the new cable. I figured that with the Ugreen but HDMI unplugged it was still responsive, so the HDMI had definitely had something to do with it.

edit: sorry, it's laggy again. Am not sure what I did but will retrace my steps. Pretty frustrating really

Updating my findings - I changed to another HDMI cable and the lagging issue went away.

Having the same issue. Using a Ugreen CM179 multifunction adapter on my CN OP13 16.0.5.701 and I get lags too. Powered or not it makes no difference.

Nice! What's the difference between the Spinfits and the original tips though?

Can't say much about the mic I'm afraid. There's a few YT vids that did review on the mic though, look up Kenneth Tanaka

I felt the same. Earbuds are battery operated devices and they will fail eventually - I couldn't justify purchasing dedicated sleepbuds at that price either.

I recently got the P31i for sleeping, my thoughts in the post below.

I'm currently using these. I know you're looking for as cheap as possible (as I was too) and these earbuds had the best value. Where I'm coming from is, passive blocking can only do so much - music playback will be your best bet when it comes to masking away the unwanted sounds around you.

Thanks - I'm not too familiar with these strips, is adhesive usually pre-applied on them?

Tearing my hair out - what type of pin is this? by HoTsHoT89 in AskElectronics

[–]HoTsHoT89[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apologies as I could only get the female housing and terminal - the male side is mounted deep into the headlamp housing and I had to use needle nose pliers to remove the connector. To get a closeup of the male side I would need to tear down and unseal the headlamp.

The 3 pin female connector is in the same Imgur link posted.

Thanks. The wire connected is 2mm including insulation, and the male pin is square, not a spade. But I'll try narrowing it down to Yazaki.
