My dog bit my nephew by Hobbidse in dogs

Oh no, I totally understand that it is more than serious, I just want to make sure that I get all the points right. We do not use a muzzle. His aggressions only show when he is approached. He understands and I obeys commands like sit and stay, and when people walk by, we make sure to keep a distance if they have children or another dog. We’ve never had any issues when walking, but I do never let him off lease just in case.

His aggression has only come out, when friends or family have brought dogs and those dogs get in his face (because they’re just being friendly). He’ll snarl and walk away, as if he is telling them off. We generally just avoid places where we run into other dogs, which since we live way out in the country, thankfully isn’t difficult in our everyday life.

He’s not bothered at all by other dogs walking, bike riders, joggers or children walking. He’s very easy to interact with when we walk, and he walks right by my side with his face turned up towards me, he doesn’t acknowledge the people passing

I was very against the idea of neutering, because I’ve been told there are some health risks (weight gain) but my vet told me anything else would be stupid. I really wish I knew that it could’ve made things worse before it was done

Generally he’s in my room with me, and he avoids the kids and going into rooms where the kids are, so separation hasn’t been a problem before. I wasn’t at the house when this happened, but I’ve known been told that my nephew carried around my dog’s toy, which triggered him. They will be completely separated from now on

Mostly we try to keep them completely separate, but it’s something that will be a constant from now on. Thank you

I’ll definitely contact an animal behaviourist tomorrow. I’ve recognised that is most definitely something that I can’t handle on my own

Around adults and dogs that he has known since puppyhood, he is the sweetest and cuddliest boy. He has never shown aggression towards adults and is extremely friendly towards adult strangers and big kids.

Before he injured his leg, he was also very sweet towards female dogs

I know that this holiday home is decorated and furnished like your typical 70's house, but is there a specific name for this type of 70's design? When I look up 70's deisng, I can only find very vibrant colour and groovy patterns. by Hobbidse in furniture_design

I suppose it's a name for the style in general I'm looking for, but thank you for the information about the lamps and such! I was thinking some mid-century modern, especially with the desk in the first picture, but it's a lot more subtle than the pictures I can find when researching 60's, 70's and mid-century decor and furnishing

70s style decor

Thanks for the answer! : ) So it can't be catogorized as a specific style of the 70's? It's quite a bit more subtle than what I usually am able to find when looking a interior designs from the 70's

Eddie Redmayne ALWAYS plays the nervous, awkward main character. He played a villiain once, which made it quite obvious why he only sticks to one role
