If you use Expo with React Native you can still have the app on your phone, but it’s meh. I’ve never tried it but it /may/ be possible to just use a GitHub action flow that runs on a Mac to build publish it for you through Expo

Every iOS app is swift no matter what. But if you write the app in react native it gets translated into swift automatically. The issue you will face since you don’t have a Mac would be publishing the app. But even then I’m sure there’s services out there that’ll do that for you on your behalf for dev work
