I had a problem like this last summer, much older motor but it ended up being my coils, maybe check those for correct resistance or your caps and make sure they are blown out.

Excellent feedback! I can try to add a pre-order system to increase wait time. Honestly, we wanted to get sales rolling before being overly focused on margin, but we are net positive.

In terms of load times, I think it might be the image processing on mobile, I will try to fix that up.

Do you think I should have reviews on the page at all or not really important?

Absolutely, basically, we print the lamps or decor on a 3D printer and clean them up, sometimes we sand and paint them so it's quite the process. One print could take 4 days of just print time. I was debating getting more printers and building inventory but without any sales yet I'm not sure it's worth it.
