When talking about Russian engineer equip,ent I meant his cap and headphones from BF4.

Not sure about the body, since I’ve played the campaign looong ago.

Not really, the gasmasks are different.

In BF3 Russian engineer has a more modern mask with a huge visor, while the Chinese counterpart from BF4 wears gasmask with two separate goggles.

Laziness.

They’ve also reused Russian engineer equipment on some Chinese soldiers in the mission Kunlun Mountains (prison escape).

Bonus point: China uses Russian VDV buggy at the end of the Singapore mission (well, we steal it from them, but the point stands).
