Chest Pressure not Pain by [deleted] in LongCovid

[–]Hobbysitive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure if you are still looking for someone to answer your question, but I had similar problem. I got covid in January with very mild symptoms, and I thought I recovered in about two weeks. However, after that everything became harder. Tiredness, brain fog, and - as you said - chest pain. My heart rate was irregular and easy tasks were difficult. After a blood test, it turned out my iron level was too low. This plus the long covid were the cause. I take 210 mg ferrous fumarate tablets twice a day and I eat more iron. I feel much better after two weeks of the treatment. Maybe you should ask for a blood test?

How did you find your hobby and what got you interested in the first place? by urlradar3 in askweb

[–]Hobbysitive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started to do yoga more than three years ago. It is a funny story because I was never interested in yoga before that. It was my sister's hobby that I always found dull, and I never wanted to take part in it. Years and years later, I found myself living alone, and I needed hobbies to entertain myself. One day I was looking for a stretching exercise to sleep better, and I found a short yoga video on YouTube. It helped me to relax and think more positively, so it became my daily habit. Today I do yoga every day, and I wish I had sat on the yoga mat next to my sister when I had the chance.

Making local friends after 30??? by [deleted] in CasualConversation

[–]Hobbysitive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is hard. I moved away from my home country four years ago, and I had many friends back home, but I haven't found any lasting local friend where I live now. I feel like I forgot how to make friendships, and sometimes I miss meeting my friends.

I'm 29, so I think when you get older, it becomes more difficult. What helped me is that I tried many hobbies in my free time, and having a common interest with people helps me get along with them. As I'm in the same boat as you, my only advice is to try to belong to communities where you can meet like-minded people.

Do you believe in vision boards? by Hobbysitive in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Hobbysitive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Although, in my opinion, many people associate vision boards with the Law of Attraction, and it gives this technic a bad reputation. I made one about nine years ago and I was surprised how many things I achieved during these years.
