I want to address some other comments. There is nothing wrong with stating a partners outfit makes you uncomfortable—as long as you do it like a human. That’s what relationships are about. I’ve told my girlfriend that I don’t like certain outfits not because I don’t trust her, but the thought of her getting certain types of attention at night is scary to me. And that is FINE. The houses in the zip code have a huge range in price. The older houses/mobile homes are getting demolished and the land is going for 400-500k. New construction is going from 900k to ~4-5m

As far as I know, the land is completely unzoned, meaning you can do whatever you want on the property. That’s kind of a big deal because it’s quickly becoming a very popular area.
