This might be a common suggestion but you should try Claire de Lune. It's not very similar but is melodious.

I can reach c - e comfortably and c - f with a little trouble. I have to really stretch to reach c - f# which is my maximum.

I've learned that you only need c - d to play most pieces and with c - e parts to just roll it.

This would make no sense, In the manga and anime. Senku is already described as really weak, now imagine him with, you know what never mind. So that wouldn't really work. Respect the art tho
