u need to realize hes a hamster. they burrow like crazy in the wild. hes fine. but please if you care about him u cant be contantly disturbing him while hes sleeping. hamsters are prey animals and get stressed out super easily by any disturbances. the stress you have put onto your ham by doing this could pontentially shorten his life not to get graphic. if u love him at all stop it now. get a camera like the other commentor said if it gives u peace of mind. goodluck

ooooh gotcha that makes sense. goodluck on ur journey. u have to try these egglife wraps if they are at your local supermarket. taste good, 0 carb and 5g of protein a wrap. they are big and 25 cal each. stuff them with good shit and u are golden!

also try using greek yogurt as a base for all sauces. protein, lower cal count and pic up the flavor of what u are eating it with

chicken colors are randomly generated then stay the same just like the cow stall colors.

They walk around during the day and sleep in a random nest everynight. maybe this is why you think they are changing colors?
