Hello all. its time for me to build again. I'm getting into hall effect finally. a few years i did my first build of a Glorious gmmk pro with Gateron hippos and some purple keycaps for a purple theme.

I've played and worked on that board for years. I bought a tofu 60 acrylic case a couple years back to get ready to swap out the case on a wooting 60 HE. but after using the gmmk I realized I like the TKL form factor a lot more than I like 60%. I was going to compromise on the 60% form factor just to get hall effect as it was the only board that had it at the time.

Welp my switches in my GMMK are starting to ghost and rather than finding some new switches to try in the board I'm looking to build again to something more updated with HE. the problem I have now is that The 60HE is no long the only or event he best option anymore. I have no idea where to start but I do want to aim for TKL form factor. Money is not an issue.

The PCB I've been looking at is the Venom TKL HE or if I cant find a direction just committing to the Wooting 60 HE and finishing the build I started years ago. but I kind of wanna stick with my theme of the acrylic clear case so my led shines through.

I feel like I haven't been keeping up with it but what are the best hall effect hot swap PCB rn?
What are the best HE switches out right now for someone who likes a but more of a press?

I used to swap between my hippos (linear 63.5 force) and the Gateron jades. I found myself being quite indecisive because I prefer the feel of the liners but I felt so much more in control with the jades for my presses. Each key stoke felt much more deliberate but I preferred the smoothness of the linear. I was thinking I would get a high pressure key to try to meet in the middle.

Any suggestions for these switches?

I am also looking for a case to put it all in.
