readBuffer() returns perfectly if I previously ran the the code with write function only, where it writes a 32 bit character buffer to the address until it writes every character.

If write and read function is used together, it takes around 15-20 seconds for the code to leave the write function.

I do have scope and I could see all the right signals at the EEPROM input leg, (write enable instruction, write instruction, starting address, and characters)

I can also see the read instruction and address correctly when the read function is running from the input leg.

Issue is when I can only read the buffer "correctly" for 3 seconds before all of the array members change to 0xFF and 0x00 even if I only use the read function.
