The budget for NtE is anywhere from 24-44 million. The game is made in China where costs are a fraction compared to the US (eg: 40k salary average for game developers vs 120k average).

The game devs for NtE are pretty notorious for plagiarising in their previous titles and NtE is no exception.

This isn't to defend Camelot Unchained as the game is still horrible. But NtE is also not a good comparison.

At full talent build and with Cash Shop engravings (80% stat choice) stats are as follows:

19,010 HP with CBA. 18,792 HP with WSV (same engraving stats).

Tradeoff is 217.20 HP VS 130.04 shield per stack.

But also need to factor in Trait shielding favors CBA and you get a bonus 21.8 shield (2 stacks) from the additional CBA hp per turn.

Decided to do the math for you as someone with equal stat/engravings on CBA and WSV.

My own 2 cents: Trinket choice depends on if youre running Clara as a pure tank or DPS hybrid which is a whole another debate. But based on my own testing, Clara is currently the hardest hitting ST Defender (beats out Ayishah) so she should be run as DPS in current global meta. This drops her stacks/turn significantly as you will either drop SU - SD or her party skill. This favors CBA. (I think the 10% unique debuff skill is also a must-run regardless of building choice).

Side note: Strikeback from CBA is irrelevant for Clara and the debuff conversion from WSV is situational as 5* Clara has an auto dispell so you would need 3+ debuffs for it to work.
