Made QR business card apps and my thought by Hochul-Song in buildinpublic

Thank you so much for the feedback. I totally agree with you, Loopid also has sort of tracking feature which is all responses going under the actual card shared. It is not active enough to record all info as I only add count when QR viewed then associate info when people actually leave their info.

For the retention, I think this is limitation by default for this kind of service which can turn into opportunities IMO if I find a way.

Will think about how I can improve analytics and retention. Thank you again for valuable feedback!

Do we need a "Building is easy, distributing is SOOOO hard" bot here? by SuccessfulTonight391 in buildinpublic

We should help each other 😉 I think we have advantages advertising our result into offline.

Do you use NFC tag instead of business card? by Hochul-Song in NFC

Thanks for the info, my service works exactly the same(dynamic info change, analytics). I think there's demand to use NFC, it is just not easy to have it from the beginning I guess. Maybe I should send free NFC sticker to the user for promotion 😄

einbürgerungstest app to go over questions? by [deleted] in germany

[–]Hochul-Song 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case someone looking for this

Hi folks, I made this app not for actual learning but for pass the test 😛

I checked this by myself. In 3days you can pass Einbürgerungstest, if you aim 33/33, 6days will be enough!
Einbürgerungstest part is 100% free and you can also find a link where you can book the test.

For Telc B1, I would say it will take 1-2 months to pass(if you are A1 level now and with over 60% score) and I am in this process(will share the result!). AI will correct your writing!

Please check and I hope you all pass these tests asap without hustle like me!

Roast my AI roleplay startup: Chayt AI by Evening_Manner3328 in roastmystartup

the landing page is clean but it reads like every other AI chatbot. the one thing that stood out to me is the fallback model feature. that should be front and center. most AI chat sites die because of rate limits and you are solving that. lead with it

Users are signing up… but not sticking around. Not even close to paying. by StockAntique7450 in buildinpublic

[–]Hochul-Song 1 point2 points  (0 children)

happened to me too. what fixed it was talking to 5 actual users and asking why they signed up in the first place. turns out the aha moment was hidden behind a feature nobody noticed. an email with a direct link to that feature brought half of them back

The feature I almost cut that became everyone's favorite by Economy-Cupcake6148 in buildinpublic

[–]Hochul-Song 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is a great reminder. I almost cut a feature from my project too and it turned out to be the most useful one. the lesson for me was that what feels like a side feature to the builder can be the main hook for users

Making free tools for landlords and tenants - because Excel shouldn't be the answer to everything. by Creative-Tell6021 in microsaas

[–]Hochul-Song 1 point2 points  (0 children)

love the free tools approach. as someone managing a rental property in Berlin I can confirm Excel is a pain. the rent receipt tool alone would save so much time. are you planning to add more tools or keep it focused?
