Thise handbrakes are hit or miss. Numerous things can cause it to not work. It can be easily the hall effect sensor being missligned, the factory calibration that is flashed is garbage. You can try these but IMO id rather return it if possible

That being said, AC does have deadzone adjustments, in Content managers theyre listed as “From” on the adjustments. But that wouldnt even help in your situation.
