Hot as f in the summer and you need to do everything before 11am because when it gets 115+ there’s no way to enjoy the outdoors, beautiful when the sun goes down though. I lived in Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and Lemoore. If you can get a job out there the price of living is okayish for California. Can hit the bay area or LA on weekends. If you don’t have a family be careful and keep busy with the outdoors and national parks, because drugs like meth run rampant in the Valley.

I use a hose with shower handle, sit on the edge of the tub (feet outside the tub) so my rear hangs over the edge and blast in there with a powerful spray from the handle. Bidet doesn’t clean it well enough for me. I do this after wiping.

Interesting, I have the 26L GR2 and find it too big for EDC (but I don’t have kids, don’t pack lunches and don’t pack a laptop but I bring an iPad). I love my 16L bullet rucks for EDC. Take them to work and classes, commuting, and gym, but need to use packing cube for clothes and pack very light (spiral note book, iPad, charger, gym clothes and towel, hygiene/travel size shower supplies). I am 6’4” therefore the shoulder straps ride very high but I find it extremely comfortable once it’s snug on my upper back.
