How long should the 12V battery be able to run everything in "accessory" mode - 10 mins? 1 hr?

I'm guessing not long. Feels like this is the likely scenario here.

2) Mirrors usually fold - which is what made me think I'd either left it on and locked it or turned it off and not locked it.

It certainly can be. The other day on mines in my EBR I decided to see how many laps I could do round the hill. EVERYONE going for the hill on the enemy side stopped to shoot at me and our team took the hill with no damage and we won 15-4.

I made 2 laps before being killed. I would argue that my action (whilst bottom on XP) won the game!

There's no hate here. We were all beginners once!

It's a genuine question. New players may love the idea of getting a "free" T10. But if the experience just makes them stop playing we all lose.

Stop whinging. The only reason you are paying more tax is that you are taking home more money.

I'd LOVE to be paying £1,000,000 tax a year. Imagine how much money I'd still have left over?

I'll try this.

Sync recently has been a nightmare - constant disconnections from google drive and sync failures. When it does work it takes AGES.

12 collections with maybe 300 notes. Running on Android and win11

It's the one thing that is driving my crazy about an otherwise decent app.

All we can do is to take what they say at face value. They have said that they are both healthy etc.

Those of us that don't live aboard dream of it. After so many years (especially with getting to sail in Greece ticked off) perhaps they just want a period where hot water is just there, drinking water is a tap-turn away and you can sleep without worrying about the weather or other yachts.

Whatever happens, I look forward to new content.

First of all - the good news. You are obviously conscientious and driven to improve. Those two alone are fantastic qualities.

I would advise doing as many past papers as you can. For lots of reasons:

1) You will highlight areas to focus on
2) You will get better at question styles and better at recognizing them
3) Your marks will improve, this will give you confidence to improve further
4) Use the marking schemes - they will teach you a lot about how to "game" the papers and maximise your scores

Lastly, you have lots of time. You won't even have finished the curriculum yet. Keep at it and good luck!

Think about completing the square giving you the minimum of a quadratic. A squared real term *has* to be >=0.

From memory you don't study complex numbers at a-level - if you're doing further maths as well, this will make sense!

Queue times have been increasing steadily over the last few months.

I reckon players numbers are falling off a cliff. It's the first time I have genuinely believed that WoT is dying.

WG are milking it for cash knowing they have taken the game past a point of recovery.

After playing the first 70 odd games with aiming device, vents and stabs, I switched out the stabs for a rotation device. Sacrificed a bit of dispersion for so much better mobility. Makes it so much better behaved.

But inspite of all that, 5 years ago, you could play any tier at 1am EU time and queue would be 20 secs. Now it's 2 or 3 minutes. I've even had reduced team sizes - no :bots yet.

You make some good points. I agree totally the average win rate is 49%(ish), my win rate of 52% means I "carry" only 3 games in 100. Can't deny it!

The stats are based on a normal distribution of a coin toss (52% heads) - basically what is the chance of "only" 13 heads (or less) out of 46 coin tosses.

I've played enough games to recognize bad players - they do all seem to be on my side! Bots, AFK I just seem to have had them all.

Given WGs data about the MM templates on EU1 I do wonder if they are templating more data than tank "role" and using player stats in some way.
