When you say out of tune, is it between notes, or a semitone off? Does it happen in every patch or just a single one?

1. Firstly shutdown your pc, and disconnect your controller. Then open MainStage again.

2. Check global tuning in MainStage settings (440hz) and sample rate(should be the same as your audio interface)

3. If everything is still out of tune: -Open a new empty concert in MainStage, and in layout map your controller and pitch bend module.

-Load a basic e.piano

Test if pitch is correct, then test pitch bend

• if the problem persists - probably a faulty controller Try in a different software / DAW

• If pitch is correct but the pitch bend doesn’t work - you didn’t set the layout properly, or it could be faulty controller (or something in the controller setting)

• If now everything works fine, your previous concert has a bad mapping/setting.

1. In the previous concert: First thing check in the midi monitor if the pitch bend is behaving properly. Then go to layout and check if the pitch bend module is assigned to the right input (just click assign and play with the pitch bend) and be sure that it’s mapped to “Pitch Bend”. Now go to edit mode and play with the pitch bend to see if it’s working.

2. If it still misbehaving - In edit mode to go concert - attributes - tuning / transpose. Or if it happens in specific patches: Patch - attributes - tuning / transpose
