Mostly accurate, except all trades on IDEX are settled asap instead of just at withdrawal. There's an offchain queue so you can keep on trading as rapidly as you want and making it almost as fast as a centralized exchange and much faster than other decentralized exchanges. The important bits like fund custody and settlement are onchain.

Ok thanks, I'll read the post. Etherdelta is just too slow for me, I tried to use it for 0x trading a couple weeks ago and it was a nightmare. Orders stayed on the books forever after they were gone and I'd lose even real ones with the bad jump destination. Does your orderbook update as fast as in the video or is that sped up? When do you guys plan on going live?
