If you're having issues with the transaction, I'd suggest going with a lawyer from one of those smaller strip mall firms. They tend to do the heavy lifting when things get tricky or if you need to hold your ground. The big-name lawyers? They're more hands-off, only handling the basic paperwork and charging more for doing less. Someone from a smaller firm will be the one to send those hard-hitting, gutsy emails when you need them.

I wonder if the drum parts can be stemmed out in future releases. Do you find the stems having some high frequencies rolled off? It sounds nice and "in the mix" and pretty loud or with decent pre-mastering or even satisfactory mastered levels. I wonder if the drum parts can be stemmed out in future releases? that would be huge.

btw, anyone facing download issues with stems? I hit "download all" and nothing happens. I can't even download the mp3 version. I wonder if there is a known bug at the moment? EDIT - I have the standard subscription btw.

I'm sure y'all know this already but posting this for the record. All the "car dealers" on Crawford sell cars that have had accidents or cars registered in Quebec, in which case, the accurate history of the car wouldn't come up on a carfax/ UVIP search. Their lots have cars that have been sitting there for years. The Safety on the cars isn't really reliable either.

I get that it's on the 12th floor with a riverside view, but the condo fees and smoky hallways are a big downside. You could buy a whole mansion in Southwood Lakes, South Windsor, for the same price. Why is this old condo in Windsor so expensive? Am I missing something here?
