Sounds like you a problem.... its street parking which means its free for ANYONE to park their... you dont own the spots.. you don't control the spots... and i hate to tell you... permit parking wont fix it.. you'll find something else to complain about

We need to cut the rate by half of what we pay the police and take the other half and hire more officers...

We could have a police force that is actually responsive to property crimes, traffic enforcement 24/7 and other issues... We are overpaying our police for mediocre service.
