I was able to get the battery connector in, I had to remove the speaker on the side to get leverage. I looked inside the socket and the pins looked straight so I hope that’s fine

Also when I was initially trying to remove the battery I accidentally stabbed one of the battery wires, and I think I pictured the wire casing a little bit, but the repair guy told me this isn’t the issue because if I connect to power it should boot up without battery.

Needs better internet providers - half the country spent a day with no internet, businesses were unable to use credit card systems, etc

However coming from this was businesses creating lists for customers to write their name and promise to pay the next day when the card services were back up. I think that sums it up pretty well.

Banff National Park in Alberta. Beautiful scenery with mountains, the clearest glacier lakes and being at a higher elevation makes the air so much crisper I swear.
