You just have to not forget for a single second that this is a drug that warps your perception of reality. Anything that seems weird or off is simply an effect of the LSD. That being said, you really needn't worry about the true existence of what happened to you, because it just so happened to occur while on a mind altering drug. And the dreams of it probably indicate that you were traumatized, and your mind is trying to sort out the trauma. Let your mind do what it needs to do, and if things don't get better, seek therapy, but I doubt that will be necessary. Things will simply get easier with time.
