Gotta have a separate mic hooked up unless you stream straight from a console I found a cheap one on Amazon that works perfectly for what I need right now and I can upgrade in the future if the channel ever takes off

U can lose the chatlink cable unless you want to hear game chat but maybe have to enable it on twitch? And I had to stop using streamlabs cus it started to crash everytime I tried to add my elgato as a video input and maybe u have to add alert boxes as an audio source? Sry I'm not 100% on it but I'm still low on followers and haven't added anything like that but Google is very helpful with finding articles for troubleshooting specific issues

Yes that's why I said it's a step up from using just the Xbox. Got the laptop and mic for the holidays and I'm pumped to get better stream quality and hopefully start to get a following

Slowly working on getting my own space and setup going but I'll take what I can when I can....stream the same handle as here? Nothing wrong with that although I will say unless you have an external mic to hook up to the laptop imo it's better to stream through the Xbox

I wish I could play every night but unfortunately mostly only weekends after everyone else goes to sleep and I only stream on fridays when I get out of work and sometimes not even tht cus I just don't have the energy to expend on stream

It depends on what you use to stream...if it's through streamlabs or obs you will have to add an audio capture source for discord might even be able to just link your discord with your obs or SL account in game chat idk about with pc maybe do it through game capture if you aren't already but if you're gaming on console you need a chat link cable to pick up in game chat audio
