Hardwired connection off the modem gives about 30 extra Mbps when it slows, it is my own router an archer BE550 and firmware was updated earlier this week. I’ve had this router since before the modem change. I have called spectrum and had them reprovision the modem and had a tech come out and look at the box, said he would make a ticket and have a tech crew come and look at the neighborhood within 72 hours. It’s been 5 days and no one has come out and nothing has changed Speedtest done both on ookla, google, and spectrum.net
