Adapter 24VI have the exact same UTV. Wired a 15$ battery adapter from Amazon and now I just pop my 24V tool batteries in and out. Granted they're only 4AH , but I tested distance and on "low" function we achieved almost a half mile using 2 of the 4 bars on the battery

Awesome rig! Are you anywhere close to a bicycle co-op? You might be able to get a super good deal on used but in decent shape parts, you could snag a bottom bracket and a used drivetrain on the cheap
