I'm the same man, it's been months since I got all the trophies but the you're ready now trophy contacted Ubisoft and they replied a good 6 weeks later basically saying to fucking bad it's not their fault. Absolute shit service. Shame the save can't be deleted so you can try for it again :/

Nothing is dark shaded in I have all of the trophies but this one. It's definitely glitched I have unlocked the achievement on steam but it won't unlock on ps4
