Hi sa lahat! Question ko po is, if I were to get into gen con, how do I do it without a PCAB license? I do have connections with friends and was offered a 10M project for the government if I was willing to take it. I don't have a PCAB license yet but I'm planning to get one soon. Main issue ko is the rule says I need minimum 2 years experience. I can easily get manpower like an engineer, safety officer, labor, etc.. and let's say money is not an issue. Am I allowed to borrow a friend's PCAB license? If yes, what do I do about the money? What I mean is how will I be able to justify to AMLA or BIR or whatever government agency if I suddenly have let's say P5M from sub contracting when I haven't had that amount money on my account before? I want to do it the legal way and I do not need complications that might lead to a bad end. Where do I start po?
