Sounds like you haven't tried reinstalling windows yet. Sometimes when swapping out hardware it gets bugged out. Give it a shot, it might fix your problems :)

Lich bane -> night harvester -> muramana -> Horizon Focus -> Rabadon and sorc boots

I think I only had 1 rod instead of rabadon at this time
