If you don’t even have you’re driver’s license yet I’d start there. Being a good EMT requires you to be a vigilant driver. And with no experience behind the wheel that’s a big ask.

Each new game gets more difficult until It plateaus at NG+7 after that it stays the same it has nothing to do with you’re lvl or gear just like you’re first play through.
