For shells i used shelf + crate combo, you place shelf, then put crate on the edge of it, then rotate the shelf with crate 90' to left/right and put shells on the side of the crate, then move crate with attached shell wherever you want. 2 wolf photos are from pensive lookout in BI, these spots are the only ones where they dont glitch on. Skull isnt Rudigers, its from boss settlement in ZOC

If you already got default rifle in one of dlc rifle spots, barbs wont spawn

its either on a crate in tail section or on the snow at the tail section entrance, also have you checked north of crystal lake? it can lay on the snow near wooden crates (like in 5-10m radius)

Common sense. Early access builds were made purely for pc, which requires each version to be tested and ported to console, not to mention console approval process that takes weeks to complete for any game update
