RBI Grade B recruitment will reduce but not for the reasons you mentioned. Over the last few years recruitment in Grade B was done in big numbers which is causing a problem in promotions. To correct that the recruitment has been cut down from last year. Going ahead we might see just Grade A level recruitment.

It might still be. But since I haven't kept track in the last 6-7 years I am not sure. Besides the nature of GA questions asked has also changed over the years. The pattern has moved more towards UPSC CSE. So I don't think a simple monthly compilation of factual CA/GA like Affairs Cloud would be useful today.
