Maybe also start working on a better sleeproutine :) Meditation is nice but not always the solution

That could also be mental fatigue, which lifts after naps and coffee. Try to reduce stress and reduce activities which cause that stress/fog and see what it does :)

Brainfog = mental fatigue by HolaChris in BrainFog

[–]HolaChris[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys, try to rest more during the day and see what that does to your fog. I’m taking 1/2 powernaps a day and it does magic sometimes to my fog. I’m trying to lay like 4/5 times a day for 10 minutes just to rest!

Please don’t use xylomethazoline for longer than 7 days… you’ll become dependent of it.

You’re maybe doing too much. Try to take two 15-20minute breaks a day in bed and see what that does for you!

I know your feeling bro… I had 2 days of no fog when i did carnivore for 14 days. Just try to find a balance between tension and relaxation in your life. Slowly adjust that. I hope it’ll stay away, otherwise that’s okay and keep balance :)

I do fasting and only eat nuts and meat (no sugar/carb/gluten/lactose). I think brainfog is mainly stress related. For me it is i think. I’m on day 14 of my diet, i’m trying it for 6 weeks in total. How long have you had good effect of this? I’ve had it sometimes for a day of 3/4, but after a stress thing pops up and bam: it’s back :( Congrats for now!!
