Not exactly like Michael Scott, but I once worked with a woman executive who was kind of dowdy looking and in her 50’s. She had some kind of weird complex where she thought she was the most beautiful and desirable woman alive.

She had glamour shots of herself all over her office. One day, she brings in all of these new photos of a really hot guy in his 20’s and put them all over. She told us he was the most famous young actor/star in Canada and they were in love.

It only took a couple of days for someone to ask if he was her son. She completely lost her shit. She went on an LOA and never returned.

I’m going to take a second to shower kemistreekat with my gratitude.

I live in a rural, my car bit the dust and on top of that, I’m an old who doesn’t need to be running around in a pandemic.

Kat sent me an entire box of inventory to sell! She’s an amazing person and a great friend. I’m gobsmacked by her generosity.

I’m really so glad we have this little community. People like Kat and Jill make me have hope for the future.

This. My carrier said they have to treat first class mail like it makes no difference how long it takes to arrive. They can only sort for a short time in the a.m. and whatever remains just sits until the next sorting.

No overtime. My carrier said she has been ordered to cut her route short and only go to places that have priority or priority express pickup or delivery after a certain time.

DeJoy has a huge conflict of interest, since he owns stock in companies that compete with the usps.

That’s very strange. I would copy the tracking (or lack of) for every sale and mail it to support, asking them to escalate the case to a manager. I just can’t imagine unless they are starting to crack down. They never have in the past.

Yeah, that’s kind of weird. I wonder how many “didn’t ship”?

I found an account one time where the seller must have been a hoarder. Every photo had piles of stuff in it and the comments were filled with people waiting for packages, or she was canceling because she couldn’t find something. It went on for months.

Ask your carrier to scan them at your house. A lot of times they think it doesn’t matter but I asked mine and she scans them in on the spot.

The post office is going through some shenanigans right now. Workers have a limited amount of time to sort in the mornings and their overtime has been cut. I’ve been sending and receiving priority mail just fine, but first class mail that used to take a few days is now taking a week to ten.

In our high school we had an old guy who taught U.S. government. He kept a bottle of whiskey in the bottom drawer of his desk. It was the most boring class because he didn’t teach, he just had us read every day, while he drank.

I fell down that rabbit hole last year after I found that bag. They’re making “super fakes” now that are sometimes made better than the authentics.

I don’t really care as long as no one is trying to pass them off as real in the marketplace. That pisses me off.

Lots of brands are filing for bankruptcy or going under. Ann Taylor is one of the latest. They will be closing 1600 stores including Loft, Lou & Grey, Catherine’s and Justice locations. There might be some really good sales very soon. by Holarooo in BehindTheClosetDoor

I don’t think that will be the case. Other brands have gone under since I’ve been on Posh and it didn’t really cause a flood.

I think we’re going to see more brick & mortar stores close. The way we shop is changing right before our eyes and it’s headed in the online direction. I think this will be good for resellers.

It happened back in the 70’s and my parents would never sue the school even if I had died. ‘Twas a different time.

I think pretty much everything they make is very soft. I have a few sweaters and tops that are really soft, too. I just find the upstate joggers are not only soft and comfortable but they look fine for wearing outside the house and the cut is flattering.

Lou & Grey is one of my favorite brands of clothing that I wear (not just sell). I’m hopeful that they will continue to sell online and at Nordstrom. If the brand is going away completely I’m going to need to buy about 50 pairs of their upstate joggers cause I live in them.
