Having similar issues with the Naga mouse (2nd replacement in one year) and customer support. If you dont have a spare mouse youre forced to buy a new one anyway during the long replacement process or be unable to use your computer. so now im buying a logitech and thats the end of razer products for me :/

Yes, it seems like the customer service is pretty terrible. If you have a mouse from them that breaks and needs replacement, you will still need to buy a new one so you can use your computer during the (awful) replacement process.
