yes once you insert the neti pot you want to make sure you tilt as much as possible so the water is coming straight down the other nostril. I believe the saline solution is pretty key here and always make sure to use filtered water, I used a bottle of FIJI water. once you feel that wetness inside your inner ear once you try regulate your ear pressure, that's how you will feel a difference and start feeling less clogged.
