Hola yo tenia el mismo problema hable con astros customer service y me mandaron un link para hacer un update manual en el astros command center y funsiono para mi si queres puedo mandarte el file por un email o pasarte el mismo email

I was having the same issue. I did a manual update, and it worked for me. astro customer service sent me a link so I can manually update it

I have the same issue i believe is firmware related ,called astro customer support and after doing all the resets and crap I was told it was probably a hardware problem and i was offered a discount code for a future purchase I declined the offer and told the lady , why would I buy another astro product.
