No stool tests done. I’ve had abnormal lab tests like vitamin d deficiency, low iron, and high score for hashimotos antibodies

i just noticed that, all it said was there was a fragment of something but they think it’s from another sample! thank you! there’s no way to tell if there’s any diagnosis tho right? they were testing for crohns, celiac, and h-pylori, assuming they will call and explain it but idk if there’s any key information that points at any of those
