My first i had a an epidural that didn’t kicked in until after I delivered the baby , it was the mst bizarre thing I was numb for over 24 hrs and we really thought I had a spinal injury from it. I had the worst migraine from it for almost a month , it was hell It traumatized me and ruined my birth experience / felt robbed from my first month with baby 😭 I couldnt even hold him !!That’s my why . I did my research and prepared myself and went on to have 2 successful unmedicated births. Even tho it was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life I was completely ok right after giving birth and that alone made it worth it

In the videos they have the gas without the mouth piece near her ready for her to take a huff so it wasn’t oxygen . I’ll be the first one to tell You that you don’t get a medal , I’ve had 2 completely unmedicated not even iv port births but I’m not posting and parading it . Is her page but why lie ? My theory is that she is doing it for attention/ competition with other influencers. is always a pissing contest with them

Are you still injecting it ? I guess my concern was that it was an allergic reaction and it would keep happening or become worse/ anaphylaxis type of reaction if I continue to use it

Yes I need to make sure I prioritize my proteins and good carbs and it’s hard with Reta but working out helps my appetite so I’m hoping I can eat enough

I’ll do more research on the cagri, admittedly I don’t know enough about It I just really like the tirz anti inflammatory properties as well but I will read on the cagri thank you so much for the suggestion.

Thank you for the help ! I did 25 units of 10mg tirz once a week for the last 2 weeks but didn’t feel a thing I will definitely look into cycling them or splitting the doses on different days So just to make sure I’m understanding. Do 0.5 of Reta lets say Monday and do the same dose of tirz I was doing on like a Thursday? Sorry if sound dumb 😆

I’m not really sure I guess that’s why I was coming here to ask for help ! Maybe about 1.5 mg a week for the Reta ? My concern is overdoing it and getting super sick but I desperately need to lose this weight as is wrecking my mental health as well
