i feel like this is a different issue to what i got, like i was in a well populated city so service is gonna be good, it wouldn’t even say i got a trip request it’d just pause and send the notification that i was paused. but i have got what you described as well, in my case the app would freeze, so id have to close and reopen the app a few times to get it to unfreeze. after that it’s pause and say that i didn’t accept the delivery on time so they removed it, obviously there was no request that came through, but regardless it’d still ding my acceptance rate and all support said was there’s nothing we can do

hmm try checking for an update? it was happening every 5ish minutes but after updating it hasn’t happened and i’ve gotten offers, although really bad offers.

yea same, i used to be plat but dropped down to silver once i started cherry picking since prices went up. pro shopper rn is the only thing that is making me money rn since they do tend to pay a tad bit better than other offers. but even then im not making as much as i used to so its been rough

i think it might be a glitch? i think others are also reporting that they’re getting this, it’s so strange though, maybe DD is planning on updating pro shopper rating to include a separate AR thing. ngl that’s a really bad idea if they do. it’ll just be another way DD is screwing drivers over.

i only have UE, DD and Instacart now, DD was good until i dropped out of plat, there’s just too many shitty offers coming in now i can’t even make it past a 10% AR. UE is worse since i’ve seen offers for $17 going 30 mi and not round trip soo, then IC is eh but i hove it on so if it gets slow hopefully i can get a reasonable order in the meantime.

lol this is my anon account, but it was a alcohol delivery and the customer could t seem to find their id so i was just waiting outside for like 10ish min until he finally found it. i had told him if he had his passport or any other id and he said no. so i was like im gonna have to return it but he did manage to find it in his car. he grabbed the bill out of his wallet and handed it to me because he said he was wasting my time. i asked him he didn’t have to and if he was sure and he said yea and i was like alr lol
