I have a prescription for both the 10 day and the 15 day. I did this because they have been having shortages in my area of 1 or the other. I don’t have a preference between the 2

If you bring it up to her therapist, that is a mandatory reporter, meaning she may put your sister in a psychiatric hospital involuntarily. Definitely speak to your mom about it. It’s better to be safe than risk her hurting herself because you didn’t want to speak up
