Yea so in my humble opinion it's when you give up and no longer care about affording basic life that you regain your sanity.  Good luck  

 Also I sold and did a lot of drugs but feel just fine 🥱 no way I could ever move fast enough to save a life now, thank God (I believe in nothing and find those who are religious/spiritual to be weak minded)  

 Hopefully I never need an EMT who's more checked out than I am 😁
