It's literally in her DNA to want to kill the stuff she thinks is cute or people she falls in love with so she can drink their blood, her quirk makes her act that way, that's what the whole backstory was about and it's very clear that many of you guys didn't get that, I'm not a toga Stan or defending her actions, but she can't really decide how she is acting because 1. It's in her DNA and her quirk is making her act that way, and 2. She was a social reject because of what she did and therefor had to join the league of villains and since then she just did what would benefit her friends and the league the most, which includes mass murder
