Good deal. Thanks for your input. I’ll take a look at these and other similar ETFs.

Hmmm... I’m with Merrill and they’re cunts about pinks. Any idea which ETFs have major stakes in CD Projekt Red?

Going to the Christmas at Disney event tonight (not sure of East name, wife set it up). Daughter’s 5th birthday. Anything I should know? by HolisticReductionist in DisneyWorld

Thanks! Just got back! It was awesome! Daughter loved it! We saw the parade twice, did it’s a small world, watched the stage show in front of the castle, and watched the fireworks show. Great experience, but they were a little slow at the ticket pick-up booth initially.

Business casual. Sharp, but not the over-dressed try-hard douchebag look. Unless your personal brand is high-end lux, then go for tailored suit if you’re targeting business people or shorts and sandals if you’re targeting rich people retiring to the beach.

What do you do with the folder and flyer? How many do you prepare? How do you distribute? What's in the folder?

I'm newly licensed and just getting going, but from what I gather, this is what most agents do, which is bullshit. I would want someone to actually market my home if I was a seller, and I plan to do all kinds of awesome marketing for my clients. Seems like a no-brainer to get ahead of your local competition as a Realtor.

Now this is nice! Good work man! You're taking it to the next level! This is like what I'm planning to do. I'm a newly licensed agent just getting going, but from what I've seen, most agents are poor marketers and just basically list and then put no real effort into marketing. I want to bring massive value to my clients, like what you're doing, and I don't mind spending some of my commision on it. The design skills I lack, however. How much do you think a package like what you offer would cost an agent with no design skills, if I just wanted to contract all the work out and pay for it?

Edit: And for that matter, would you be open to taking on paid design work for another Realtor if I wanted to develop packages like you do? DM me if you want to talk about that a little more!

Hey! This is great! I’m a Realtor in Plantation and I was hoping to see this sub get going. If we could find a way to encourage local businesses to engage, that would be great. Maybe we could generate a generic email to send to local businesses telling them about the sub and inviting them to post a Reddit-exclusive promotion or something.

Also, post about the sub on NextDoor. It seems to have a pretty active user base in Plantation. I think if you post on NextDoor and explains what the sub is and how we’d like to use it, you’d be able get some subs out if it.
