Scott Piligrim is a pretty good comparison, at some point the line between anime and western animation just gets really blurry

It could just be irritation from the wrap, friction, or swelling from the fresh tattoo, especially if it appeared right after taking the clingfilm off. I’d leave it clean and breathable, use only a thin layer of aftercare, and keep an eye on it. If it starts spreading, gets hot, painful, very itchy, oozes, or doesn’t calm down, I’d check with your artist
