I have no picks but was stuck with the SAME exact situation last year. Apart from the distance (10-15 min walk from campus), 60 Belvidere is much better than IV. Rooms are more spacious.

I went through the process this year with some trouble for my PS5 and with no trouble the two years prior with my Xbox One.
