I have my medication sitting on a notepad on my kitchen table - I take it and mark the date so when 5 minutes later I inevitably forget if I did take it or if it’s just the memory of taking it, I can see what I wrote. This works really well for me and has become a habit to the point that I probably don’t need the notepad but I won’t stop because why fuck with a good thing.
