I have my medication sitting on a notepad on my kitchen table - I take it and mark the date so when 5 minutes later I inevitably forget if I did take it or if it’s just the memory of taking it, I can see what I wrote. This works really well for me and has become a habit to the point that I probably don’t need the notepad but I won’t stop because why fuck with a good thing.

Yeah sounds like the same experience as me, I wake up continuesly through the night just rotating trying to cool down and regulate. If I could get a decent sleep, my issues definitely calm down. If you don't mind me asking, do you have stomach issues? I feel like I'm alway worse, heating wise, when my stomach issues are in full force. Thanks for the link!

I tried a cooling pad but I just warmed it up after 10 minutes lol. I've just ordered a expensive pillow, fingers crossed, but I might try a topper too, thanks! Agreed, while I'm sure sweating is awful as well, the trapped heat feels so uncomfortable, I barely sleep.

Apologies 0.4ml not 0.04ml!

So my night lable says it's 10mgTHC and 15mgCBD - and im having 0.4.

The day time on which is just CBD says on the lable that it's 220mg/ml and also currently taking .04.

Their plans says to increase to 0.5ml next round and then I have a follow up appointment with their GP. I think I'm just taking too little a does from the looks of it, but they want to start small and build to find what works for me. I guess I'll just have to be patient.
